We use naturally fermented levain to handcraft our sourdough breads, baguettes, and pastries. It is a younger version of our 100-year-old sourdough starter, made up of flour, water and wild yeasts.
Our longstanding partnership with Campos Coffee ensures our coffee is just as aromatic and invigorating as what we create in our ovens. Their superior selection of beans and blends is the perfect accompaniment to your meal.
Like Taste Baguette, Pepe Saya have a strong ethos on creating a natural and less processed product. We’ve included the iconic, Australian made cultured butter in our products since 2017. The unique, rich flavour allows us to create mouth-watering, buttery pastries which leave you wanting more.
The customer always comes first – and they come often, frequently following their noses to one of our eateries! Not only do our fresh-baked delicacies and steaming rich coffee smell delicious, we source all of our produce from Taste Growers Market. Our very own speciality greengrocer and deli.
